About the Role
Roblox is seeking a Senior Talent Business Partner to support Early Careers Recruiting with a focus on AI/ML PhD talent. You’ll partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, build effective sourcing and selection strategies, and help grow teams that build the future of immersive, 3D experiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and candidate profiles for AI/ML and related technical roles.
- Drive full-cycle recruiting strategy for early career and PhD-level talent, from planning through offer and close.
- Coordinate sourcing, screening, and interview processes to ensure a strong candidate experience and timely decisions.
- Use data and recruiting insights to improve funnel health, reduce time-to-fill, and strengthen quality of hire.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting, engineering, and other stakeholders to align on priorities and hiring plans.
- Maintain an inclusive, candidate-centered approach while supporting Roblox’s mission and values.
Requirements
- Experience as a Talent Business Partner or in a senior recruiting role supporting technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML hiring and/or PhD-level technical recruiting (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence hiring outcomes.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a high bar for candidate experience.
