About the Role
Lytx is looking for a Senior Trial Success Manager to help enterprise prospects experience measurable results during their evaluation. You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Sales to design and lead high-impact proof-of-value engagements that accelerate revenue and strengthen Lytx’s differentiation in competitive environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and continuously improve proof-of-value and trial success plans for enterprise prospects
- Collaborate with Enterprise Sales and cross-functional teams to define success criteria and measurable outcomes
- Act as a business consultant and value storyteller—helping prospects understand operational, safety, and financial impact
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across the evaluation period
- Track engagement progress, capture learnings, and support iteration based on prospect feedback
- Contribute to a repeatable, scalable trial success approach that drives conversion
Requirements
- Experience owning or leading customer evaluations, trials, pilots, or proof-of-value engagements
- Strong ability to translate business goals into measurable success metrics
- Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting value and outcomes to enterprise stakeholders
- Demonstrated consultative mindset and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs
