About the Role
Lyceum College is inviting qualified and passionate academics to apply for Sessional Lecturer (Module Leader) opportunities for its newly launched Bachelor of Education in Foundation Phase Teaching qualification. This is a remote position within a distance higher education environment, focused on excellence in teaching and learning.
You’ll work with a student-centred approach and contribute to academically grounded learning, with a strong focus on teacher education and curriculum development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate module delivery within the Bachelor of Education (Foundation Phase Teaching) program
- Support student development through engaging, learner-focused teaching practices
- Apply knowledge of digital and distance learning to strengthen learning outcomes
- Contribute to curriculum innovation and continuous improvement of course materials
Requirements
- Commitment to teacher education and strong academic grounding
- Experience or demonstrated interest in digital and distance learning
- Ability to support diverse learners and foster a positive learning experience
- Interest in curriculum innovation and student-centred teaching
