About the Role

Brooks is looking for a Community Coordinator to help grow our social media presence while strengthening the relationships that make our brand feel alive. If you love storytelling, connecting with people, and turning community energy into engaging content, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day social media marketing activities, including content coordination and community engagement
  • Help plan and promote campaigns that align with brand values and runner-first messaging

  • Assist with tracking performance and sharing insights to improve future content

Requirements

  • Experience supporting social media marketing and/or community management
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, professional writing style
  • Comfort working with brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across posts
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for sports, fitness, or the runner community
