About the Role
Axon is seeking a Software Technical Account Manager (L-7) to support Dedrone by Axon. In this role, you’ll help deploy and support airspace security solutions in public safety environments, acting as an embedded technical partner for customers who rely on mission-critical technology.
Responsibilities
- Own technical customer relationships to ensure successful deployment of Dedrone solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes
- Support ongoing operations by monitoring, troubleshooting, and driving timely resolutions
- Provide technical guidance to help customers effectively use and maintain deployed systems
- Communicate progress, risks, and next steps clearly across stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience working in technical account management or customer-facing technical roles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in software and/or systems environments
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical plans
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
