About the Role
Bailey Education Group, LLC is seeking a Special Education Mentor Teacher/Instructional Coach to support special education school teams in Georgia. This onsite contract role is ideal for a retired or former special education educator who wants to reignite their passion for teaching while helping schools improve student outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with special education staff to strengthen instructional practices
- Coach and mentor educators to support continuous improvement
- Help develop and implement solutions tailored to the needs of each school
- Share expertise to improve classroom effectiveness and student learning
Requirements
- Experience as a special education teacher (retired or former educators welcome)
