About the Role
Chainguard is seeking a Staff Customer Success Manager to support a portfolio of our most important financial services customers. In this post-sales role, you’ll act as a strategic partner, helping customers realize value from Chainguard’s secure, production-ready open source software builds.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for a select group of major financial services customers
- Drive customer outcomes by aligning goals, usage, and adoption to measurable success criteria
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships across customer organizations
- Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify risks and opportunities early, then recommend actions to improve retention and expansion
Requirements
- Proven customer success experience in a B2B environment, ideally with enterprise customers
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including comfort engaging at the executive level
- Ability to translate customer goals into clear plans and follow-through
- Experience working with technical or security-focused products is a plus
