Responsibilities
- Design and evolve automated release pipelines that reduce risk while increasing deployment speed
- Build and enhance observability capabilities to measure real-time impact of feature rollouts
- Improve error tracking and debugging workflows to quickly diagnose issues during or after releases
- Implement and support automated rollback strategies to limit the blast radius of faulty changes
- Partner with engineering teams to translate reliability goals into practical system and tooling improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior engineer (or higher) building large-scale software systems
- Strong background in releases, deployment automation, and production reliability
- Experience with monitoring/observability practices (metrics, alerting, tracing, or log analytics)
- Track record of improving operational excellence through engineering leadership and thoughtful design
- Comfort operating across the full lifecycle—from pipeline design to incident response and postmortems
Benefits
- Opportunity to work on mission-critical infrastructure for safer, faster releases
- Collaborate with a team focused on measurable impact and continuous improvement
- Chance to influence how software delivery evolves as teams ship more frequently
