About the Role
ALSO is an electric mobility company building small EVs designed to be more affordable, more enjoyable, and dramatically more efficient. We’re seeking a Staff Vehicle Test Engineer to help define and support reliability, durability, and feature testing across our vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive vehicle durability and environmental test targets in partnership with systems and subsystem engineering teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and support test execution for fleet and validation programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure test coverage aligns with product requirements and reliability goals.
- Track progress, identify gaps, and help drive improvements based on test outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience leading vehicle test efforts focused on reliability, durability, and/or environmental validation.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering teams.
- Ability to translate requirements into practical test targets, plans, and execution.
- Comfort working with fleet or real-world validation workflows.
