About the Role
Join MBO Partners as a Strategic Account Executive focused on new logo acquisition. You’ll help grow our enterprise relationships by identifying opportunities, building pipeline, and driving deals forward. This role supports our mission to shape the future of work through a secure platform that connects independent professionals and micro-business owners with enterprise organizations.
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify net-new prospects to build a consistent new business pipeline
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Develop account strategies and align stakeholders to advance opportunities
- Deliver compelling product messaging and demonstrate platform value to enterprise buyers
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene to track progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and support the platform roadmap
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B new logo sales
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate complex buying processes
- Track record of building pipeline and meeting or exceeding quota
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort using sales tools/CRM systems to manage pipeline and forecasting
