About the Role
Doppel is building AI-native social engineering defense to help organizations prevent phishing, impersonation, fraud, and other emerging threats across digital channels. As we scale, we’re looking for a Strategic FP&A Manager to partner with leaders across the business to drive planning, forecasting, and performance insights that support smarter decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic planning and operating cadence, including forecasting, annual planning, and scenario modeling
- Develop and maintain financial models to support growth initiatives, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Partner with functional leaders to translate business goals into measurable financial plans and KPIs
- Analyze performance variances and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Support leadership with executive-ready reporting, metrics, and presentations
Requirements
- Experience in FP&A, financial planning, or strategic finance roles
- Strong modeling skills and comfort building forecasts and scenarios
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using BI/financial systems
- Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments is a plus
