About the Role
Nox Group is seeking a Technical Engineer - Electrical to strengthen our project teams and help deliver complex, high-impact construction work across the U.S. In this role, you’ll bring real-world field insight to the design process, support technical decision-making, and help ensure designs translate effectively into successful builds.
Responsibilities
- Partner with project and design teams to incorporate field perspective into electrical design and planning
- Use your electrical engineering expertise to support and drive the design process
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical requirements across disciplines
- Close the loop by reviewing outcomes and feeding learnings back into future design and execution
Requirements
- Electrical engineering knowledge with practical experience supporting construction or design efforts
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts for cross-functional teams
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
