About the Role
We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and manage global pipelines for engineering and IT talent. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from discovery with hiring teams to candidate screening, coordination, and candidate experience—while partnering closely with clients to support high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from intake through offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and timelines
- Source and identify qualified engineering and IT candidates across global markets
- Conduct screening interviews and assess experience, skills, and communication
- Evaluate technical background, relevant work history, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules and workflows between candidates and client teams
- Maintain active, organized pipelines of qualified candidates
- Use multiple sourcing channels, including professional networks, job boards, and outreach
- Share clear candidate summaries and recommendations with stakeholders
- Support candidates throughout the process by providing timely updates and guidance
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of hiring for engineering and/or IT roles
- Experience sourcing candidates using job boards, networks, and targeted outreach
- Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple roles and coordinate interview processes efficiently
- Fluency in English for candidate and stakeholder communication
