About the Role
LightFeather is looking for a Technical ServiceNow Business Analyst to support federal agency clients. You will partner with business stakeholders and development teams to capture mission needs, shape scalable ServiceNow solutions, and ensure deliverables align with federal expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and process design for ServiceNow implementations
- Translate complex mission objectives into clear, actionable technical requirements
- Serve as the bridge between federal stakeholders and engineering teams
- Ensure solutions support compliance needs and federal standards
- Maintain high-quality, accurate backlog data to support planning and delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and improve solution outcomes
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst supporting technical implementations
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow concepts and solution design (e.g., workflow/process mapping)
- Strong ability to translate complex requirements into structured documentation
- U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance

- Salary range of $110,000–$130,000 annually, based on experience
