Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for cardiopulmonary products and related customer needs
- Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation when required
- Support installation, maintenance, and service activities in alignment with company standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate technical communication
- Document activities and maintain service records according to process requirements
Requirements
- Experience in technical services, field service, or a related customer-facing technical role
- Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working through complex technical issues
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with medical devices or regulated environments is a plus
