About the Role
Join Celsius Holdings, Inc. as a Territory Sales Manager and help bring modern energy to life across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels. This is a field-based role covering assigned markets in Florida, where you’ll represent the CELSIUS® brand, strengthen distributor partnerships, and drive retail sales performance through consistent store execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead “perfect store” execution to grow SKU distribution, shelf space, displays, and promotional activity
- Execute brand strategy across retail accounts within your territory
- Perform account audits, identify opportunities, and document insights in CRM tools
- Partner with distributor teams through route rides, blitzes, and key account calls
- Support regional initiatives as directed by the District or Regional Sales Manager
- Attend weekly sales calls to review performance and align on goals
- Track and report daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs
Requirements
- 1+ years of consumer goods sales experience (beverage, distributor sales, or related experience preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset
- Comfortable with frequent face-to-face customer engagement and store visits (typically 12–15 per day)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver presentations and engage larger peer groups
- Familiarity with CRM tools and field sales reporting systems
