About the Role
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, consistent digital experiences across our products and web platforms. You’ll partner with product, development, and marketing teams to turn user insights into clear design direction—from early research through final handoff.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Design and refine user flows, journeys, and interaction patterns
- Maintain and evolve our design system
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing to align on outcomes
- Prepare design assets and documentation for smooth developer handoff
- Support light UX research to validate design decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve existing digital experiences
- Manage work using ticketing/project tools
- Apply UI/UX best practices to deliver polished, usable interfaces
- Participate in design reviews and team discussions to continuously improve
Requirements
- Proven UI/UX design experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready assets
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX workflows
- Experience working with (or contributing to) a design system
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Comfort communicating design rationale and supporting research-informed decisions
