About the Role
Join the FHA Healthcare Underwriting Team as an Underwriting Analyst supporting FHA Lean Applications. You’ll partner with internal teammates and external stakeholders to evaluate transactions and help the team deliver accurate, well-supported underwriting decisions.
Responsibilities
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis for FHA Healthcare transactions
- Collaborate with LEAN Underwriters, closers, and originators to support FHA Healthcare deals
- Prepare underwriting deliverables in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including financial analysis and narrative summaries
- Support corporate reviews and create organizational charts as needed
- Contribute ideas and market intelligence to help the team achieve financial goals
Requirements
- Experience working with underwriting, financial analysis, or transaction review
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to build clear financial models and summaries
- Proficiency creating professional documents in Word and presentations in PowerPoint
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate findings effectively
