About the Role
PingWind is looking for a Unmanned Systems (UxS) Technician II to support the assembly, integration, testing, and operational readiness of unmanned systems and related technologies. You’ll apply hands-on technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment used in unmanned operations.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, integrate, and test unmanned systems and supporting technologies
- Operate systems during testing and operational activities
- Troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance
- Support technical efforts across development and deployment activities
- Maintain readiness by ensuring systems meet required performance and reliability standards
Requirements
- Secret clearance with ability to be TS/SCI eligible
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or ability to obtain within six (6) months of employment
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or completion of a technical program in an applicable engineering or science field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on professional experience with a bachelor’s degree; or minimum 7 years without a degree
