About the Role
B. F. Saul Company is seeking a Vice President & Associate CHRO to lead the Human Resources generalist team. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will help drive recruiting, training and development, employee relations, and labor relations initiatives that support a growing real estate organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR generalist team efforts across recruiting, onboarding, and talent development
- Oversee employee relations strategies to support a positive, compliant workplace
- Support labor relations activities in alignment with company policies and applicable requirements
- Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and develop effective HR solutions
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in human resources, including employee and labor relations
- Strong understanding of recruiting, training, and development practices
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and judgment in sensitive workplace matters
