Virtual Intervention Specialist (Intervention Specialist) | Remote (Ohio Residents)

About the Role

ACCEL Schools is hiring a Virtual Intervention Specialist to support students’ educational and behavioral goals, with a focus on learners with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). This is an online school role where all instruction is delivered virtually.

Eligibility: Open to residents of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support student learning and progress
• Provide targeted intervention services aligned to students’ IEP goals
• Support social-emotional development in a nurturing, rigorous learning environment
• Use ACCEL’s 21st-century curriculum resources delivered through online and traditional methods
• Contribute to a positive virtual classroom experience for students and families

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Ohio
• Background and qualifications to serve as an Intervention Specialist
• Experience supporting students with IEPs and individualized learning needs
• Ability to deliver instruction and interventions in a virtual setting
