National Life Group is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as VP, Affiliated Distribution. In this role, you will help grow and strengthen our affiliated distribution relationships while supporting our mission of providing stability and peace of mind to families. This position is remote, and the company does not offer visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage affiliated distribution sales strategy to drive growth and performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliated partners and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to align distribution goals with business priorities
- Monitor market and partner performance, using insights to improve outcomes
- Represent the organization with professionalism and a customer-focused mindset
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, preferably within insurance or financial services
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate goals into actionable plans
- Comfort operating in a remote work setting
