About the Role
We’re seeking a mission-driven VP of Marketing to lead brand strategy and promotional efforts in the consumer health and wellness space. This executive role will shape public perception and support long-term growth for a fast-moving, innovative company.
You’ll report directly to the CEO, lead the marketing department, and collaborate closely with sales, product, and digital teams to strengthen positioning across B2B and B2C channels.
Responsibilities
- Own overall brand strategy, messaging, and go-to-market marketing plans
- Lead marketing, communications, and brand-building initiatives that drive awareness and demand
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and digital teams to align priorities and execution
- Oversee promotional planning and marketing campaigns across relevant channels
- Elevate brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across touchpoints
Requirements
- Proven executive-level marketing leadership experience, ideally in CPG or consumer health
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, communications, and campaign execution
- Track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting both B2B and B2C go-to-market efforts
