About the Role
Welch’s is looking for a Vice President of Retail Sales to lead our retail sales organization across Grocery, Mass, Club, Value, and eCommerce. In this role, you’ll translate enterprise commercial priorities into customer-specific strategies that drive profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the retail sales organization across key channels including Grocery, Mass, Club, Value, and eCommerce
- Turn enterprise commercial goals into actionable strategies for each customer to accelerate growth
- Partner cross-functionally to align go-to-market plans, priorities, and performance targets
- Drive results through strong leadership, coaching, and data-informed decision-making
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in retail sales within CPG or related categories
- Strong ability to build customer strategies tied to enterprise objectives
- Demonstrated track record of driving profitable growth across multiple retail channels
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
