About the Role
As VP of Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead Babylist’s end-to-end hiring strategy and ensure we show up effectively in the talent market. Working as a core member of the People leadership team, you’ll partner with the SVP, People and senior leaders to shape hiring plans, stress-test assumptions, and improve outcomes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own the talent acquisition function end to end, aligning recruiting operations with current hiring needs and long-term growth
- Lead strategic and hands-on recruiting for critical, complex, and high-stakes searches
- Evolve hiring processes, evaluation methods, and recruiting tooling to improve consistency and quality
- Set the standard for how we assess talent and guide leaders through key hiring decisions
- Define and activate Babylist’s employer brand and EVP in partnership with Marketing
- Ensure external messaging is clear, differentiated, and grounded in the employee experience
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience owning talent acquisition strategy and execution
- Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring plans and decisions
- Experience improving recruiting processes, assessment frameworks, and hiring operations
- Track record guiding complex searches and delivering measurable hiring outcomes
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally, particularly with Marketing on employer branding
